1. /tmp file system full
2. unmount /tmp and do a "fsck -y" on the filesystem and/or the logical volume
(i suppose that is hd3, but i am not sure, issue "lsvg -l rootvg" to find out).
3. Just vi /etc/filesystems and under the /tmp entry set the check condition to true and it will run an fsck on bootup.
